Job Description
As a Technician Electronic - Level 2 (Circuit Card Assemblies) on 1st shift here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in assembling, testing, and repairing electronic circuit card assemblies that are critical to our aerospace products and solutions.
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Urbana, OH location on an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of electronic components that support Honeywell's aerospace systems, ensuring that our products meet stringent industry standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
• Assemble, test, and repair electronic circuit card assemblies following detailed work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electronic assemblies to identify and resolve defects or malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and report any issues to engineering or quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the assembly process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Qualifications
The annual base salary range for this position is $70,300 - $105,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic circuit card assembly or a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, soldering techniques, and circuit board assembly processes.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electronic assemblies using standard diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions accurately.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and safety procedures in an electronics manufacturing environment.

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or related field is preferred.
• Experience working in aerospace or high-reliability electronics manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of IPC standards for electronic assembly and soldering.
