KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence and process optimization
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals
- Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to drive innovation and cost efficiencies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Responsibilities YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

THE BUSINESS UNIT Mechanical Systems & Components provides a wide range of mechanical products and value-adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers, including aircraft manufacturers and operators, and agencies of the U.S. government. The business develops and manufactures air and thermal systems, mechanical components, and wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates facilities for the Federal government. Every 5 seconds, an aircraft lands with Honeywell Wheels and brakes. The entire fleet of U.S military fighters and trainers use Honeywell Cabin Pressure Systems.
