Responsibilities Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE- Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and ability to provide technical guidance
