Advanced Manufacturing Engineering II
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering II here at Honeywell, you will contribute to the optimization and enhancement of manufacturing processes, driving efficiency and quality improvements. You will apply your engineering expertise to support production operations, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing excellence.
You will report directly to our Adv Mfg. Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations by developing and implementing advanced manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will help reduce costs, improve product quality, and support Honeywell’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and optimize advanced manufacturing processes to enhance quality and productivity.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Experience in advanced manufacturing engineering, process optimization, or related manufacturing roles
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies including automation, robotics, and lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control to identify and implement process improvements
- Experience with manufacturing software tools and technologies relevant to process monitoring and control
WE VALUE- Advanced degree in Engineering such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of emerging manufacturing technologies and industry best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
