Inventory Control Material Handler

What You’ll Do

• Receive, store, and deliver materials to support manufacturing and distribution.

• Operate a box truck to transfer inventory between facilities.

• Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments in our ERP system (Oracle preferred).

• Support lot control, reporting, and documentation for material traceability.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and production flow.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, materials handling, or warehouse operations (manufacturing preferred).

• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle a plus).

• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and box trucks (valid driver’s license required).

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

• Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 8–12 hours per shift).
• Regularly required to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and products up to 25–50 pounds.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling, assembling, and operating machinery and tools.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and arms.
• Requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to hear machine sounds, alarms, and verbal instructions in a manufacturing environment.
• Frequent reaching, stooping, bending, crouching, twisting and climbing to load/unload materials and maintain equipment.
• Must be able to work in an environment with noise, vibration, and varying temperatures, while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
