*Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full Time*
*Louisiana Medical Clinic | Part of Pike County Memorial Hospital (PCMH)*
Louisiana Medical Clinic, a PCMH-affiliated clinic, is seeking a *Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)* to join our integrated healthcare team. This role provides behavioral health services in a primary care setting and supports the clinic’s *school and community outreach program*.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination
* Collaborate with primary care providers in an integrated care model
* Participate in school-based and community outreach initiatives
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
*Qualifications:*
* MSW required
* Missouri LCSW license (or eligibility)
* Experience in clinical or medical setting preferred
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
