Job Summary:In a safe, efficient and professional manner the Maintenance Technician II will support the Maintenance Manager in the preventative, corrective, and general maintenance. Other duties include, but not limited to, daily assessments of systems, maintain a clean working environment, and other various duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician, while adhering to all safety and health standards. The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing preventative maintenance in accordance with the CMMS schedule, assisting other Maintenance Technicians with repairs to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. All work is to be performed according to manufacturing standards and will follow change process of qualified core equipment. The Maintenance Technician II is also responsible for following all processes to support client satisfaction.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak, read, and write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS/COMPUTER SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts. Familiar with energy management systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
REASONING ABILITY
Familiar with and easily able to read and interpret diagrams, drawings and manuals of craft trades. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the Maintenance Technician II is regularly required to stand at eight hour intervals with occasional scheduled breaks, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The individual frequently is required to climb stairs and ladders. The individual must regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds, at higher than chest level and be able to tolerate adverse rooftop working conditions due to climate and tolerate extreme temperature changes.
