What You'll Do:
The Program Manager, IT is responsible for leading, governing, and delivering complex, cross-functional programs and multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures strategic alignment, integrated delivery, value realization, and effective governance across the full program and project lifecycle, in accordance with Enterprise and IT PMO standards, SDLC practices, and change management methodologies.
Serving as the primary point of accountability for program outcomes, the Program Manager, IT manages interdependencies, risks, financial performance, vendor deliverables, and stakeholder alignment, while providing leadership and guidance to Project Managers and project teams. The role partners closely with executive and IT leadership to translate strategy into execution and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
