ISC Production Supervisor

As a ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee production operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes. You will manage a team of production associates, coordinate daily activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals and customer requirements.

You will report directly to our Production Manager and you’ll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location on an On-site first Shift work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of manufacturing operations by effectively managing resources, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and supply chain to resolve production issues.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience supervising production operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools to monitor and report performance.
• Ability to lead teams effectively, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
