You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation Engines by designing, testing and validating products/processes from prototype to market. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs while acting as a mentor to more junior engineers. You will interact with internal and external customers in order to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Translate engineering drawings into manufacturing processes and work instructions
- Support machinist with troubleshooting and process improvements
- Participate in tooling and fixture design
- Collaborate with design, quality, and suppliers to ensure manufacturability
- Support prototype and R&D builds from concepts through production

- Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Basic CAD/CAM experience with Siemens NX or similar.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Exposure to machine shop environment (mills, lathes, EDM, grinding)
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work hands-on
WE VALUE - Experience with tooling or fixture design
- CNC programming experience
- Ability to create work instructions from drawings and BOMs
- Understanding of Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
- Experience with estimating or process planning
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and documentation
