As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Senior Advanced here at Honeywell, you will lead efforts to optimize and innovate manufacturing processes, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in our advanced manufacturing environment. You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II, and you’ll work out of our Tucson, AZ location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of our manufacturing operations by implementing advanced manufacturing strategies and technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and solving complex engineering challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead and support advanced manufacturing engineering projects to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Develop and implement innovative manufacturing solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in manufacturing process analysis, automation technologies, and data-driven decision making to enhance productivity and quality.
- Experience with CAD software, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
WE VALUE- Master’s degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, and lean manufacturing principles.
