Shentel is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative in our Oakland, MD Shentel Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!

- Hourly base pay rate + uncapped commission

- Your high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service or call center experience

- Salary range $14 - $15.82 per hour base pay
- Position is commission eligible
