The Regional Learning & Development Business Partner is a people leader responsible for delivering a regional portfolio of learning programs aligned to business priorities. This role partners closely with the Regional HR Vice President, Director of L&D, and regional subject matter experts to identify needs, design solutions, and deliver measurable business impact. The role integrates learning with performance, succession, and career frameworks while managing vendors, budgets, and team capability through an Identify ImplementAssess cycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Region leadership, region HR Vice President, and Director L&D toidentify, create and implement developmental solutions to meet region needs Develop internal network of SMEs toeffectively and efficiently develop and deliver technical and non-technical training content across the region.Lead, coach, and develop a team of L&D professionals; build a high-trust, collaborative team culture; set clear expectations; provide ongoing feedback; delegate and empower ownership; hold people accountable to standards;Conduct structured intake with business leaders to identify learning needs;define success metrics, and connect solutions to business ROI;Ensure region L&D needs are being met by utilizing the following skills:
Diagnose root causes by differentiating between skill, knowledge, motivation, process, and resource issues; design targeted interventions integrating learning with workflow and process changes
Manage Learning Programs:
Flexibility to deliver training in all formats: classroom, virtual, on-the-job, synchronous, asynchronous, etc.
