We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Office & Administrative Support

  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and supporting leadership

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

  • Order and manage office supplies to keep operations running smoothly

Front Desk & Communication

  • Answer phones and direct calls professionally

  • Greet and assist visitors, creating a positive first impression

  • Maintain reports and help update organizational charts

Operations & Coordination

  • Sort/distribute mail and manage shipments

  • Coordinate office maintenance and service requests

  • Prepare workspaces for new hires (supplies, badges, welcome materials)

Culture & Team Support

  • Assist with planning company events and activities as part of the Social Committee

  • Support company policies and safety practices (OSHA, DOT, local regulations)

  • Help with special projects and team initiatives as needed

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience (corporate environment preferred)

  • Experience supporting executives is a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment

  • On-site role (5 days per week)

  • Primarily desk-based with occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs)
