You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location with an Onsite work schedule. 2nd shift - 2pm - 10pm. M-F

Qualifications KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the manufacturing engineering team in optimizing production processes and improving product quality.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.

YOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
- Experience with process improvement tools such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Direct hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical support and engineering.
