ROLE PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the Manager, Production is to provide strong, visible leadership on the production floor while overseeing the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes. This role is responsible for leading and developing production teams in a fast‑paced, production‑line environment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards, while meeting delivery commitments. Experience in Food or GMP‑based manufacturing is preferred but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong production leadership capabilities.

The target salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. New Chapter considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
