Job Description
Hospice and Palliative care experience preferred, Active Arizona State Nursing License required. We are looking for a full time case manager with excellent communication skills to join our growing and caring team of professionals.
This is a full time case management position providing excellent end of life care to the patient and giving needed support to the family. Rotating call is a requirement of this position.
As the only not for profit hospice in Northern Arizona, our mission is to provide end of life care to patients regardless of their ability to pay.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
