Intergraph seeks a Technical Writer & Business Analyst responsible for participating in requirements grooming and planning. Work with the developers, Product Owners (PO), and Quality Assurance (QA) to create and edit product documents, including Release Notes (RN), Change Log (CL), Functional Requirements Specification (FRS), User Requirements Specifications (URS), and Process Qualifications (PQ). Work with the developers, PO, and QA to create and edit product Online Help. Participate in reviewing and approving Installation Qualifications (IQ), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), and Server Sizing. Review the Operation Qualifications (OQ) created by QA to ensure they are 100% traced to the written FRS and the feature implementation. Review other existing documents prior to delivery to proofread the text and ensure the latest templates are used, and the company branding guide is followed. Resolve documentation issues and correct impacted documents. Review row information and perform information engineering to produce difference documents for different user personas. Provide daily status updates for the assignments on hand. Demonstrate excellent technical writing skills and consistently follow the standard writing process. Demonstrate excellent skills using Adobe RoboHelp, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel. Effectively use different image editing, video recording, and HTML editing tool to complete the required job. Work as a GDP reviewer to ensure executed installation qualifications are documented based on GDP guidelines.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the same or related occupation, which included experience with the following: creating and managing product documentation for SaaS companies, including FRS, URS, PQ, IQ, SRS, RN, General User Guides, and API/programming documents. Such experience must include identifying documentation gaps, verifying alignment with regulatory standards (such as 21 CFR and ISO 2009:2025), and resolving discrepancies to ensure compliance. Additionally, must have three (3) years of experience with the following: writing test scenarios for validation purposes; capturing and editing images and videos for user assistance; authoring and managing knowledge bases for end-user assistance using Adobe RoboHelp and resolving formatting issues by editing HTML, XML, and CSS code; creating and editing specification documents in alignment with Computer System Validation (CSV), Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GxP), and GMP; ability to define and use GDP (Good Documentation Practices); ability to define a Writing Style Guide and be familiar with following it; utilizing advanced features of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for SaaS projects; working as a member of multiple SCRUM teams under the Agile framework to obtain end-to-end documentation; working with web-based workflow management systems (i.e., SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA); and mentoring junior team members in documentation practices for SaaS projects (i.e., instructing team members on documentation tools and resolving content development challenges).
