The Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases, is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Associate to join the research group led by Charles Rinaldo, PhD. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early‑career scientist to advance their expertise in HIV immunology, with a specific focus on B cell–mediated HIV‑1 trans‑infection.
The successful candidate will lead research efforts, culminating in the preparation and submission of a first‑author manuscript to a reputable scientific journal. The Postdoctoral Associate will contribute to a collaborative and intellectually engaging laboratory environment and may have opportunities to mentor undergraduate researchers and laboratory technicians.
The position may include additional responsibilities assigned by the Principal Investigator to support evolving research needs and laboratory operations.
Degree requirements: Ph.D. in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Infectious Diseases, or related fields.
