The Impact You'll Make in this RoleMarketing Operations & Excellence- Provide executive-level counsel and leadership, shaping marketing strategy and driving alignment across business, brand, marketing, and communications teams.
- Guide teams in delivering storytelling, insights, and performance reporting that strengthen visibility and adoption of Marketing Excellence capabilities.
- Set the vision and strategic direction for Communications & Corporate Marketing operations, ensuring priorities, resources, and planning processes are aligned and enabling enterprise-wide clarity.
- Sponsor enterprise operating models, governance, measurement, and capability-building, empowering teams to deliver consistent, efficient, and high-performing marketing operations.
- Lead the enterprise shift toward AI-first marketing, championing teams responsible for AI-enabled workflows, education, governance, and scalable adoption across global teams.
- Provide executive alignment and advocacy for AI enablement, ensuring teams translate emerging capabilities into actionable tools, playbooks, and training.
- Oversee enterprise marketer education and capability building, ensuring programs are scalable, relevant, and aligned to marketing needs and maturity.
- Define the future marketing skills and capability model, evolving roles and ways of working to support AI-first marketing across the enterprise.
Digital Operations- Set the global vision for UX and SEO, guiding teams to elevate digital maturity by applying customer insights and best practices to improve the discoverability, relevance, consistency, and overall performance of digital experiences. Define the enterprise digital experience and global web strategy, overseeing teams that execute the operating model, drive platform innovation, and ensure brand-consistent digital experiences.
- Set the strategy for global product content digitization and syndication, empowering teams to deliver accurate, governed, omnichannel-ready content at enterprise scale.
- Define enterprise KPIs and measurement philosophies, sponsoring frameworks, dashboards, experimentation, and continuous improvement programs that elevate marketing performance and maturity.
- Serve as executive sponsor for cross-functional collaboration spanning brand, UX, content, MarTech, global marketing, and IT. Guide enterprise-level investment and prioritization across Marketing Excellence to align resource, initiatives, and platforms across business groups to maximize impact and scale.
Your skills & expertise (Minimum qualifications):- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field and 15 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing operations, digital experience, UX, SEO, Martech, or enterprise marketing transformation.
- Experience leading global teams and complex cross-functional initiatives in a large, matrixed organization..

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $246,800 - $339,350, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
