Starting Pay (H1-H5): $17.43 - 23.69/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)
- Based on grade, position, and experience.
Pay Grade Range (H1-H5) : $17.43 - 29.50/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)

What Our Schedules and Shifts Look Like! - Days : Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
- Front Half Days : Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00am-7:00pm
- Back Half Days : Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 7:00am-7:00pm
- Nights : Monday-Thursday (every other Thursday based on production) 7:00pm-7:00am

Physical Requirements for Pressroom, Film, Foil, Shipping, Spot UV, and Sheeting: - Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand/walk for 12 hours, and push/pull 1100lbs with use of a manual pallet jack or stand up forklift
Qualifications: - Must be able to read color differentiation and a ruler
- Ability to read and understand written instructions
- High levels of attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team
- Mechanically inclined
- May be exposed to some liquid chemicals or vapors
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Technical training with printing concentration preferred
- Class C Driver's License (Box Truck Driving positions only)
