Job Summary
The HR Technology & Shared Services Portfolio Manager is responsible for coordinating the intake, planning, and delivery mechanisms of HR technology and shared services initiatives. This leader will work closely with a range of HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and needs, facilitating connections to possible HR technology solutions or service offerings. The role will also be responsible for performance tracking (SLAs/benefits realization) of projects, while championing employee experience, process excellence, and data integrity.Job Description

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$116,000.00 - $174,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
