Internship Summary:

Prudential is seeking motivated and goal-orientated interns to join our team. Our summer internship program spans approximately 10 weeks, offering you a valuable opportunity to work on impactful projects where you can demonstrate your skills and talents.

You'll be part of a dynamic environment that encourages learning, growth, and networking. This internship is more than just a summer experience; it's your first step towards a potential long-term career with Prudential. We offer opportunities to return as an intern or transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the program.

Timeline:

Program Dates: Monday, June 1st, 2026 - Friday, August 7th, 2026

Application Deadline: Friday, January 30th, 2026 (We review applications on a rolling basis and reserve the right to close earlier based on volume or role availability.)

You may apply for up to three (3) roles per recruitment season.

What you can expect:

You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change by:

  • Supporting development of strategic internal and/or external communications plans
  • Leveraging tools, like Teams, to support internal communications and employee engagement across the enterprise and/or in support of specific initiatives
  • Providing support on a wide variety of assignments including media list development, newsletter compilation, content development, messaging document development and proofreading
  • Assist in drafting content, for example, articles for the company intranet, The Hub, or external communications
  • Supporting quality checks by reviewing The Hub pages for formatting issues and coordinating with team members to ensure information is current and engaging.


Placements will vary across the business, experiences within our Communications Program include:
  • Communications Enablement
  • Corporate Communications


What you'll need:
  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
  • All majors are welcome to apply
  • Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration


It'd be a plus if you had:
  • High curiosity, openness, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks
  • Strong written communication, including editing content
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new applications
  • Previous experience in communications-related roles
  • Passionate about pursuing a career in communications

Note: The salary range for this role is ($32.00 to $34.00). Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
