We are seeking a versatile, Marketing Content Manager to join our Content Development Team, part of the greater Marketing, Product, and Experience (MPX) team. This role is for a strategic storyteller, not just a writer, who can map high-quality content across the entire customer journey and drive measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Multi-channel Copywriting & Creative Execution: Write, edit, and produce compelling, accessible narratives for a wide range of formats, including blogs, eBooks, case studies, white papers, landing pages, social content, video scripts, and thought leadership articles.
- Brand Voice Guardian: Act as the primary guardian of the brand voice, ensuring all external communications maintain a consistent, compelling, and on-brand tone across every marketing channel and touchpoint.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Translation: Partner closely with demand generation, web, product marketing, sales, design, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather insights, craft strategic messaging, and translate complex concepts and technical information into easy-to-understand, engaging content.
- Performance and Optimization: Analyze content performance data to refine strategies, optimize content for visibility and impact, and map content to the sales funnel.
- Asset Production and Workflow: Manage content workflows, including collaboration with designers and contractors, and utilize AI tools to accelerate and optimize the content creation process.
- Content Strategy & Management: Help develop, execute, and manage a cohesive content roadmap and editorial calendar that aligns with key marketing goals (lead generation, brand awareness, retention) for given verticals.
What experience you need:
- A minimum of 3+ years of professional writing and content management experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating diverse content types (long-form, short-form, web pages, case studies) and a range of styles, from punchy headlines to technical guides.
- Proven ability to see the "big picture" (Strategic Thinking) and understand how a single piece of content fits into a wider sales funnel and drive business outcomes.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and structural organization skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to self-edit.
- A passion for storytelling with a strong background in crafting impactful messaging that simplifies complex ideas and translates technical concepts for multiple personas.
- Experience partnering with demand generation teams to map content to the funnel and drive measurable impact.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
