Fan Services Coordinator Athletics Administration - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (26002140) The Fan Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to all fans, with an emphasis on season ticket holders/Panther Club members, via email, phone, and face-to-face interaction to elevate the event experience across all Pitt Panthers sporting events. The Fan Service Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Service. Job Summary Fulfills ticket orders and answers customer inquiries. Tracks sales, generates reports, and maintains records.
