Research Scientist UPCI Research Lab-Donnenberg, V - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (26000477) The Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is seeking a dynamic and motivated researcher with a strong background in cancer research, regenerative medicine, and tissue engineering and a PhD biomedical science. The scientist will design, execute, analyze, interpret, document, and prepare for publication experiments and their products in support of the laboratory’s mission. The candidate will bring expertise in single-cell RNA sequencing, whole genome transcriptome and proteome, multi-dimensional flow cytometry, in vivo murine tumor models, in vitro models and CRISPR editing.
