Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all technical areas of Field Services customer support.
Provide technical and mechanical services support to internal and external customers in various settings.
Demonstrate expertise in conflict resolution, advanced problem-solving, and proficient diagnostics such as vibrations and emissions.
Utilize advanced leadership and communication skills to lead all startup and commissioning tasks effectively.
Serve as a Reciprocating Compression Products Subject Matter Expert (SME) and proficiently perform engine and compressor diagnostics.
Present diagnostic results professionally to customers.
Lead or perform all startup and commissioning tasks as required.
Must be familiar with GE Startup & Commissioning Standards and have the ability to start and operate the package.
