*Essential Duties and Responsibilities* * Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments of clients, including the use of direct observation and interviews with clients and their caregivers. Interpret results to develop and refine individualized treatment plans. * Program Development: Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based programs that enhance clients' communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
