Position Summary The Sales Training and Logistics Manager serves our internal and external customers by the proper training, development and scheduling of our Merchandisers to maximize customer service by ensuring that standards are executed in the marketplace; provide coverage for Territory Account Managers during absences from work (e.g. vacation, personal days) so the company can meet sales and profitability goals. Essential Functions Manages and controls budget, labor dollars and company assets through proper scheduling (e.g. full time and part time labor, company vehicle assignments) while maximizing customer service; communicates schedule to employees and makes necessary adjustments to provide coverage. Manages, trains and develops employees to ensure that they are performing job duties in accordance with established company standards.
