Position Summary The Real Estate Transaction Manager manages Pike's real estate transactions from the initial space request through lease execution and ongoing administration. This role serves Pike business units as their primary point of contact for leasing activity, works with outside brokers, landlords and legal counsel, and keeps the real estate portfolio data accurate and ready for reporting.
