Overview:     The Salon Sales and Education Trainer is responsible for driving sales growth by providing exceptional training, education, and support to store teams. This role combines sales strategy, product and service education, and team motivation to ensure the success of the JCPENNEY Salon.   Sales Performance:    Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals for stores as assigned.  Achieve all new launch product/service sales goals.
