🔹 POSITION 1: PROPERTY MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of a 193-unit community
Manage leasing, maintenance, and office staff
Drive occupancy and leasing performance
Handle rent collections, delinquencies, and reporting
Manage budgets and control expenses
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and California regulations
Resolve resident issues and maintain satisfaction
Qualifications:
3–5+ years multifamily property management experience
Experience managing 100+ units preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience with Yardi software REQUIRED
Knowledge of budgeting and property operations
Compensation:
$60,000 – $80,000+ (DOE)
