PROPERTY MANAGER & LEASING AGENT

🔹 POSITION 1: PROPERTY MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 193-unit community
• Manage leasing, maintenance, and office staff
• Drive occupancy and leasing performance
• Handle rent collections, delinquencies, and reporting
• Manage budgets and control expenses
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and California regulations
• Resolve resident issues and maintain satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years multifamily property management experience
• Experience managing 100+ units preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with Yardi software REQUIRED
• Knowledge of budgeting and property operations

Compensation:

• $60,000 – $80,000+ (DOE)
• Performance bonuses
• Full benefits package

🔹 POSITION 2: LEASING AGENTS

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tours and lease apartments
• Respond to leads (calls, emails, walk-ins)
• Process applications and lease documents
• Maintain leasing data in Yardi system
• Support marketing and outreach efforts
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years leasing, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Yardi experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Weekend availability required

Compensation:

• $20 – $24/hour + commissions
