The Operations Manager will also support customer service efforts, respond to inquiries, and resolve escalated concerns while monitoring revenue and expenses to meet budgetary targets. Responsibilities include compiling data and reports for leadership, and may involve supervising staff, including work allocation, training, performance evaluation, and personnel recommendations to promote productivity and adherence to internal procedures. Additional duties may include overseeing audit compliance, managing departmental systems, participating in committees or task forces, and performing other responsibilities as assigned.
