The HSE Director for Governance & Compliance provides global oversight to ensure effective execution of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance programs across headquarters and site operations. This role partners closely with AERO Legal HSEPS, headquarters leadership, and site HSE teams to maintain regulatory compliance, implement Aerospace policies and procedures, and drive continual improvement. The position requires strong regulatory expertise, the ability to manage and mentor HSE professionals in person and virtually.
