Job Summary The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for administrative and operational support for the department by assisting with HR processes, payroll support, performance management, employee relations and general HR administration. Ensures accurate recordkeeping, timely process of HR transactions and effective communication with the team, managers and employees. Essential Job Duties Serves as the primary point of contact for general Human Resources inquiries received through the HR email group and/or phone regarding HR policies and procedures, payroll, and benefits; escalates complex or sensitive matters as appropriate. Provides administrative support for compensation-related activities, including incentive plans, salary updates, market pricing research, reporting, and related documentation.
