HRIS/Onboarding Specialist The HRIS/Onboarding Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the onboarding process while supporting the administration and integrity of the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role coordinates pre-employment activities, ensures a positive onboarding experience from offer acceptance through initial employment, maintains accurate HRIS data, supports reporting and system administration, and helps drive efficient, compliant, and user-friendly HR processes.
