Position Summary The 2nd Shift CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machine tools in a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role supports the production of complex machined components used in critical marine and defense engine systems. The ideal candidate is experienced in machine operations, capable of working independently, and committed to producing high-quality parts that meet strict engineering tolerances. Primary Function Set up and operate one or more CNC machine tools, either individually or within a work cell, to produce precision components in accordance with engineering drawings, process documentation, and established work instructions.
