Responsible for maintaining Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) Capital Improvements Business Line (CIBL) CAD standards and procedures in compliance with the NAVFAC and U.S. National CAD Standard Guidelines.
