The Business Service Representative role provides Customer support to Equifax Mortgage Customers. In this role you will field telephone calls and/or emails pertaining to the support of our Mortgage Customers. What you'll do Answer customer calls and/or emails providing prompt issue resolution Manage outbound calls to gain information and/or follow up to resolve customer issues Contribute to positive metrics: Quality, productivity, email aging, adherence, et cetera Manage client dialog while documenting details of client interaction in Salesforce What experience you need Minimum one year of customer service/support experience Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel Detail oriented with an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Exhibit strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills In office, 10:30a to 7:00pm Mon - Fri / (training hours may...
