TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for all telephone, e-mail, online chat, and in-person account maintenance. The CSR is responsible for accurately opening accounts, explaining policies and procedures, and processing payment information. This responsibility includes ensuring service requirements are protected and accounted for in accordance with set standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following.
