We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in first- and third-party property defense and insurance litigation and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment. Qualifications: Prior experience in insurance defense litigation required; experience with personal injury, bodily injury, and/or general liability matters is strongly preferred. Experience reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records and medical bills is preferred. Working knowledge of Florida court procedures and the Florida e-Filing Portal is preferred.
