We are seeking a talented AEC sales enablement professional to join our team and support our engineers and planners within the Business Development Organization!  This position is open to remote and/or hybrid locations across the RS&H footprint.

As a Pursuit Specialist, you will help shape how we connect with clients through RFQ and RFP responses, with an emphasis on thoughtful messaging and effective storytelling. You will collaborate with an experienced team of engineers, architects, marketers, client managers, and graphic designers to understand client needs and clearly communicate our value proposition. 

Reviewing RFQs and RFPs and formatting compliant responses are important responsibilities, but they represent only part of the opportunity. Our Pursuit Specialists play an essential role in the capture process and are encouraged to think critically, bring creativity, ask thoughtful questions, and share ideas. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field and at least three years of relevant AEC marketing experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, meet deadlines, follow through, and handle confidential information.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally across diverse teams.
• Effective research, analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience coordinating RFQ and RFP responses for public- and private-sector transportation clients.
• Knowledge of and experience with the SF 330 process.
• Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) credential or another relevant industry certification.
• Experience with Deltek Vision or a comparable CRM or marketing database.
• Ability to travel as needed.
