WHY JOIN BALLARD MARINE CONSTRUCTION?
Ballard Marine Construction is not a typical contractor. We are a specialty underwater and marine construction company trusted to take on technically demanding work across dams, bridges, water and wastewater facilities, industrial sites, marine facilities, and other critical infrastructure throughout North America. Our People, Our Power, The Ball…
We are built for the hard stuff. Our teams work in challenging environments, solve problems that do not always come with an easy answer, and take pride in doing work that matters. That takes skilled people, strong crews, and a culture where safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork are non-negotiable.
At Ballard, craft employees are a critical part of how we execute. We value people who know their trade, work hard, look out for the crew, and take ownership of the job in front of them. If you want to be part of a team doing real, technically challenging construction work with people who care about doing it right, Ballard is the kind of place you can build something you are proud of
