Established Cleveland real estate company with multiple high-rise and commercial properties is hiring a skilled Elevator Technician for an in-house position.

*What You’ll Do*

* Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair elevators across our properties
* Handle preventive maintenance and service calls
* Keep equipment safe, reliable, and compliant with Ohio regulations
* Help build and improve our in-house elevator program

*Requirements*

* Elevator Mechanic’s must hold a state Elevator Mechanic's License to apply
* Solid hands-on elevator service experience
* Ability to work independently
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
