Are you the technician others turn to when the problem is complex and the solution is not obvious? Ronnoco Beverage Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Field Service Technician who is ready to combine hands-on technical work with mentoring, customer service, and field leadership.

This is more than a service technician position. It is a development opportunity for someone interested in becoming a future service leader while continuing to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial beverage equipment at customer locations.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair beverage equipment at customer locations
• Take the lead on escalated or complex service calls
• Serve as the senior technical resource for technicians in your assigned market
• Train and mentor newer technicians on equipment, safety, processes, and customer interaction
• Support technician onboarding, ride-alongs, and day-to-day field guidance
• Help coordinate local scheduling and service coverage
• Maintain accurate van and market parts inventory
• Build strong customer relationships and represent Ronnoco professionally
• Identify recurring equipment issues and communicate service trends and customer concerns
• Complete service documentation and serial-number transactions accurately and promptly
• Support market installations and other service needs as assigned 

What You Bring

• Five or more years of field service experience working with beverage, foodservice, or comparable commercial equipment
• Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills
• The ability to read and interpret complex wiring diagrams and technical instructions
• Experience training or mentoring other technicians
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and active-listening skills
• A customer-focused approach built on honesty, integrity, and professionalism
• The ability to handle sensitive customer concerns effectively
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• A valid DOT medical card, if required for the route
• The ability to use smartphone technology for work purposes
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market and occasionally within the region

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Sit, stand, and bend for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Push or pull up to 100 pounds
• Climb step ladders
