Chester County Prep Program Counselor

• Responsible for developing, instructing, coordinating, and supervising programs for youth enrolled in Day and Evening Programming including life space counseling & management.
• Assumes the responsibility of being a counselor/mentor to assigned youth; assists youth with accomplishing personal goals and developing a better sense of personal well being.
• Prepares a written summary of applicable work.

Staff receive excellent training through a comprehensive paid general orientation including customer service training.
