Keep operations moving and make an impact where the work happens. As an Operations Coordinator in Alice, Texas, you will provide responsive administrative and operational support that helps business leaders and teams stay organized, equipped, and focused on serving customers.
This role works across departments within the Northwest Region and serves as a key point of coordination for administrative activities, purchasing, invoicing, vendor relationships, shipping and receiving, and job-order support. What You Will Do
- Proactively support internal customers by independently managing assigned administrative responsibilities, balancing competing priorities, and responding to the needs of multiple team members.
- Provide office and service administrative support to teams and individuals across the Northwest Region.
- Create and invoice machine shop job orders and use SAP to support job creation and invoicing activities.
- Communicate with customers' Accounts Payable departments regarding cash collections and invoice-related matters.
- Handle purchasing activities and make Accounts Payable invoice arrangements for the shop and office.
- Coordinate with vendors on vendor setup, invoice questions, and payment resolution.
- Manage shipping and receiving activities, including placing items on shelves for storage and supporting parts pickup from vendors.
- Maintain effective communication and organization across multiple priorities while providing timely administrative support to business leaders and operational teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of regional operations.
Who You Are
You are an organized and dependable operations support professional who can manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture. You are comfortable working independently, communicating with customers and vendors, using business systems, and shifting between priorities in a fast-paced service environment.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in administration and support.
- Knowledge of general office management and current computer and office communication technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook; SAP experience required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as placing items on shelves for storage or picking up parts from vendors.
- Effective time-management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
