The General Manager Mojave is a site-level operating leader responsible for the day-to-day performance of Voyager Technologies Mojave, California site, where propulsion and test facility operations operate, and which serves as a base for flight testing of guidance, navigation, and control technologies, including rocket systems.
Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, Strategic Systems, this leader owns site execution safety, schedule, cost, and quality across engineering, test, propulsion/manufacturing operations, and support managerial functions based at Mojave, while partnering with program, business development, and functional leadership at the business-unit level.
This is a hands-on role for a leader who thrives close to the hardware and the test range, and who can build disciplined processes and a strong site culture as Mojaves role within Voyagers portfolio grows.

The good faith base salary range for this role is $245,000.00 - $270,000.00 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.
