WHAT YOU WILL DO

The role involves independently assessing potential donors across all service-area hospitals to ensure they meet medical criteria for donation, including obtaining required blood specimens for testing. It requires consistent communication with LifeNet Health staff and hospital personnel to evaluate donor suitability based on chart reviews and clinical discussions. The position also focuses on building collaborative relationships with hospital clinical teams by discussing referral details, care plans, and patient status. Accurate and compliant documentation in both LifeNet Health's and the hospital's electronic medical record systems is essential, following all policies, procedures, and Memorandum of Agreement requirements.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 2 years clinical/medical experience relative to required licensure or certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Active & Current and must maintain while in role in one of the following: Respiratory Therapist (RT); Advanced EMT, EMT-I or EMT-P; Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
